By accessing or using Rent Flow Expense (the "Service") provided by RentFlow Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Rent Flow Expense is a cloud-based expense tracking and financial management platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The Service includes expense tracking, receipt management, integration with payment processors, AI-powered financial insights, and related features.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans include:
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly fee unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We use Stripe to process payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended or downgraded. We will notify you via email if a payment fails. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service allows integration with third-party payment processors including Stripe and Square. By connecting these integrations, you authorize us to access your transaction data from those providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to those providers' terms of service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are owned by RentFlow Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all financial data, receipts, and business information you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.
The Service includes AI-powered financial analysis and advisory features. These features are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions based on AI-generated insights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENTFLOW SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RentFlow Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
